HOW TO USE

After cleansing, shake the bottle 3–5 times to thoroughly mix the serum and water layers. Apply an appropriate amount to the face and gently pat until absorbed. Apply an additional layer to dehydrated areas as needed. The toner may also be applied to a cotton pad and placed over dry areas for a quick moisturizing treatment.
