If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns on new or lightly used products within 30 days of the delivery date for either a refund to your original payment method or store credit for future purchases.
• We do not accept exchanges at this time.
• Only products purchased directly on sionskin.com are eligible for return.
• Final sale items include gift cards, sheet masks, swag/books, and any pre-packaged sets.
• Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method or as store credit. We cannot issue refunds to alternate payment methods.
• Shipping fees and return label costs are non-refundable.
To begin a return:
Please email us at care@sionskin.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide next steps and a prepaid return label if your return qualifies.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product. In those cases, SIONSKIN will cover return shipping costs.
